Ray works along side Pastor John to help promote and form small growth groups within our church to allow oppertunities for everyone who attends LifeSpring Church to find a place to plug into for spiritual growth and discipleship.  The two foundations of our church is that we exist to see people come to know Jesus and to help those who have found Jesus in thier spiritual growth to become more like Jesus.  We believe small growth groups are the best way to engage people in spiritual growth.
